IN-STORE PURCHASES: Merchandise purchased in-store from Village Mercantile is eligible to return for store credit 14 days from the date of purchase.

ONLINE PURCHASES: Merchandise purchased online from Village Mercantile is eligible to return for store credit 14 days from postmarked delivery date (if shipped) or 14 days from delivery of pickup confirmation email (if picked up in-store). 

ELIGIBILITY: Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached, if applicable. Receipt or proof of purchase (received via email, print, or text) required. Sale items, gift cards, custom orders, and consumable products are final sale and not eligible to return. (If you receive merchandise that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please take photos of the condition of the box/parcel and damaged merchandise and email us at: hello@village-mercantile.com within 7 days of postmarked delivery date to arrange a replacement.)

HOW TO RETURN: Eligible merchandise purchased in-store and online may be returned to a store location during our listed business hours or shipped back to Village Mercantile. Returns for merchandise purchased online must be requested by emailing: hello@village-mercantile.com within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date of the order. Merchandise shipped back to Village Mercantile without an approved return request will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

STORE CREDIT: Store credit is valid for purchases in-store and online for 1 year from date issued. Store credit cannot be accessed without the physical or digital card number issued at the time of return. Store credit cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards. (Please note that while store credit from a return may be issued onto a physical or digital card, this credit is separate from gift card funds and does not apply to our gift card policy — please see the Gift Card Policy section of our Store Policies for more details.)
