Merchandise purchased at Village Mercantile (in-store and online) are eligible for return for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Exclusions may apply.
Merchandise may be returned in-store within 14 days or you may email hello@village-mercantile.com to begin the return process for merchandise purchased online and postmarked within 14 days of the arrival date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, if applicable. Merchandise must be returned in their original conditions with tags attached.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from date issued.
Returns
Orders placed online will be processed within 48 hours of receipt with standard delivery service. Standard shipping delivery estimates 5-7 business days from date shipped. Please contact us to arrange alternate/expedited shipping service!
Shipping is available to all contiguous states in the U.S., with rates beginning at $9. Rates will vary based on order weight, size, and destination. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Orders placed online are available for in-store pick-up free of charge. Free local delivery is also offered for the towns of Larchmont, Mamaroneck, and Rye. Contact will be made to arrange delivery date and time, if this option is selected.
